European Finance Ministers agreed to give Spain up to $125 billion to help capitalize its ailing banks, and this gave the global markets a significant initial pop that gradually unwound as the trading session progressed. With no scheduled events to move the markets, our trading plan was to remain cautious and look for selective opportunities to quickly get in and out of the markets.
