After yesterday's big sell-off, the markets appeared nervous ahead of the upcoming EU Summit meeting. At issue is whether or not European leaders have the ability to stave off a spreading fiscal crisis, and this has made for tricky trading conditions.
How Can I Access The Live Trading Room?
