The markets were tentative and choppy ahead of the open of the US trading session as the European Summit meetings got underway, and investors wondered how the Supreme Court would rule on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. As a result, we expected that the markets would be volatile and hyper reactive to any news flow.
