I just arrived in Germany!
This week, I’m visiting my brother, and next week, we will meet our Mastermind Members for a week of trading and having fun!
I was flying United on the way over here.
After I got settled in my seat, I looked at the menu that they gave me.
And it’s the usual: Braised short ribs with mashed potatoes, salmon with wild rice, and a vegetarian dish that I can’t remember.
But then…. it happened:
I checked the desserts.
And I got excited!
It’s baaaaack!
“Dessert: HOT FUDGE SUNDAE”
Ok, let me explain:
“Hot fudge sundae” on international flights on United is amazing.
They come around with a cart that has bowls with really good vanilla ice cream in it, and then they have a pot of hot fudge on there and all the toppings you want: nuts, REAL whipped cream, cherries, etc.
And when they pour the hot fudge all over it.
During the pandemic, they stopped serving it, but now it’s back!!
So I’m waiting for the cart to come around.
But wait… what is THAT?!!?
The flight attendant comes out of the galley with a tray.
And on the tray is a bowl with ice cream and it has some hot fudge on it…
The flight attendant hands it to me and it’s the most pathetic “out-of-a-plastic-container-into-a-bowl” hot fudge that I’ve ever had.
Come on, United! Seriously?!
I get it: You’re running a business.
So do we!
And I KNOW how important it is to “wow” your customers.
As an example, last week I gave our customers a powerful trading strategy called “Theta Kings” for free instead of charging $997 for it.
And we are releasing a new version of the PowerX Optimizer every month – without charging for these updates.
(Yes, we are planning to release a new version again next week :-))
Of course, I could make more money by “upselling stuff” or “cutting back” – as United did on their ice cream.
But I believe in the good old “underpromise and overdeliver” – and it seems that our customers as loving it.

That’s why we get reviews like THIS:

Call me old-fashioned, but for me, I love the idea of having happy customers over “making more money”.
Do you agree with my “old-fashioned” approach of overdelivering?
Or should I adopt the post-pandemic approach of “cutting back” and blaming everything on inflation, supply chain issues, and the virus?
Ok, rant over…. YES, I’m still pouting over my sundae. LOL
Talk soon

PS: If you are not yet a customer, I dare you: Get PowerX Optimizer and try it for a full 30 days. If you are not blown away by the software and our customer support, just let me know and I’ll refund you right away. Because if I can’t convert you into a “raving fan”, then I don’t think I deserve your money. Fair enough?
