As I’m writing this, it’s Friday evening.
I’m 37,000 feet in the air, traveling with my daughter Vivian from Austin to Boston.
Over the next few days, we will visit my son Julius, who is going to college in Cambridge.
Then, on Monday, we will head to Dartmouth College for a campus tour.
We just witnessed a beautiful sunset in the air, and things are calming down.
Today was a crazy day!
This past weekend, I had this idea to give everybody who invests in PowerX Optimizer over the weekend a $100 gift card to their favorite restaurant.
And I wanted to offer a special discount of $1,000.
So the team worked on this idea all day yesterday.
In the morning, I was planning to announce this crazy idea in the daily “Stock Market Update”.
30 minutes before “showtime”, I went to PowerXOptimizer.com to make sure everything was working perfectly fine.
And it didn’t work!
Somehow, the special promo code for the $1,000 discount didn’t work.
I got VERY upset
… because I didn’t understand why it was impossible to implement a “simple” idea that I had!
I wanted this “promotion” to be fun:
I was thinking about all the gift cards that I would send to new PowerX Optimizer owners and how they would enjoy a good meal on me.
But it just didn’t work!
I told the team “fix it” and got ready for the show.
Now it was time to go “on air”. Mark and I did the Stock Market Update as usual, and I tried to forget about my frustration.
But it was still lingering.
After the show, all my frustration came back, and it affected my morning – badly.
As I’m sitting 37,000 feet in the air now with the world flying by below me, I realize that today’s events were just a “hiccup” in the big scheme of things.
I’m grateful for my team who worked hard to make my idea happen – even though it didn’t work at first. It’s now fixed, and we started sending gift cards to everybody who already invested in PowerX Optimizer today.
And I’m also grateful for the fact that I can afford to take a few days off to spend time with my kids.
When we’re in the middle of a sh*t storm, it’s sometimes difficult to take a step back and think about all the good stuff in our lives.
I know it was difficult for me to do it this morning.
But sometimes, we just need to take a deep breath, let go of the negative emotions, and be grateful for what we have.
And this is what I’m doing right now.
I hope you’re having a great weekend!
P.S. If you were thinking about investing in PowerX Optimizer and just needed a good reason to do it, then do it this weekend.
In addition to a $1,000 discount, I will also send you a $100 gift certificate for your favorite restaurant so that you can take a deep breath, relax, enjoy life, and your new investment.
