Before I tell you more about the job description, let me tell you something about myself: I am 50 years old, and I am a self-made multi-millionaire. 18 years ago I moved from Germany to the USA with $30,000 in my pocket, and this year, my net worth will exceed $10MM.

I am the owner of www.rockwelltrading.com, where I teach people how to trade stocks and options. I am NOT managing money. I'm TEACHING you how to do it yourself.

I am on a mission: I want to help people to achieve financial independence through trading, real estate investment and making money with their own business. I have enough money to retire, and I want to teach people how to achieve the same goal: Start with NOTHING and being able to retire in 5 years or less.

So why am I telling you all this? - Because it's important that you understand our mission, our goals and who I am.

A few more things about me:

I'm a perfectionist. I believe that our customers deserve the highest quality!

I'm impatient: When you tell me you need 2 days to finish a task, I will ask: "Why does it take you so long? Do it in 2 hours." But I'm saying this lovingly and with respect because I like to push people out of their comfort zone!

There's probably more about me, but let's get to the job description:

I am looking for a highly motivated, hard-working genius who can help me to organize and improve our content.

I have written more than 200 blog posts and I recorded more than 450 videos. In addition, I have written 3 books.

As you can see, we have a lot of material.

I am looking for an editor who can do the following:

  • Organize this content, cross-link it and make sure it's well organized.
  • Update older content as needed.
  • Create written articles and blog posts from my videos.
  • Use the existing content and see if we can turn this into eBooks or maybe even physical books. As an example, recently I did an "Options 101" class (video), and we have at least 3 blog posts around options. That's approx 10,000 words, which should make a nice eBook - or maybe even a book.

But most importantly, you must be able to write in "my style", which is pretty much exactly as I speak.

The articles, blog posts, eBooks and books must be well organized and have an impeccable structure. After all, I'm German! :-p

You MUST know trading. This is non-negotiable.

When I talk about "the Greeks", you must know that I mean "delta, gamma, and theta" and not Socrates and Plato.

When I talk about "going long", you must know that I mean betting on a rising market, and not about a football play.

You must be able to complete this sentence: "Trade what you see, ... "

You will get access to all of our tools and resources, which are the best in the industry. And I expect you not to only know how to use them, but to actually use them!

THIS job is not for the timid or the faint of heart. THIS job is for somebody who is a "go-getter", somebody who likes to learn, somebody who is dedicated, loyal, who is a hard worker. Somebody who likes to push herself. Somebody who thinks about THIS job almost 24/7, because you LOVE it so much.

So in a nutshell: If you are looking for a "job", then this is not for you. This is a challenge! Sometimes I will be tough, but it WILL be fun. And you will learn a lot and grow more than you have in ANY other job.
